His company, The Redford Golf Group was created to be a consulting group that partners with golf developments to create new concepts and programs that will enhance customer experiences, market awareness and profitability. Some specific services he is offering are development of long-range strategic operating plans, coordinating and implementing advertising, sales and marketing plans and creating and implementing player development programs. All services he has excelled at implementing in the past.

His own standard of excellence, integrity and success forms the principles of how he does business and has helped him in the past 13 years while working on creating, operating and managing the industry’s largest and most successful trail project to date – the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.
