Birmingham, AL – The current state of the economy has decreased the number of golf course developments and forced developers to focus on golf course renovation projects. The Redford Golf Group is aware of this switch in priorities because they are involved with them. For the past six months, The Redford Golf Group has been working with Lauricella Land (www.lauricellaland.com) to develop multiple strategies that could help position Belle Rive, the existing Colonial Golf & Country Club. Belle Rive (www.bellerivela.com) is a proposed 154 unit condominium tower adjacent to the Mississippi River. Belle Rive, Greater New Orleans' first real estate project post-Katrina to have state-of-the-art fitness, dining, and golf all in one, is scheduled to start construction in spring of 2009.
